JOB TITLE: Head - Technical Services

SECTOR: Technical Ammonium Nitrate (TAN)

DEPARTMENT: Business Excellence and Transformation

LOCATION: Pune-involves extensive travel to our sites/customer locations, 40-50% of the time

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Techno-commercial stewardship for all on-bench outcome-based contracts 

Create a strong talent pipeline to successfully execute value delivery projects for STL 

Evaluate and build a portfolio of latest tools, software and monitoring/ measurement capabilities across mining value chain to differentiate STL's services in the market

Design customized value propositions/solution offering for STL's target markets 

Work with internal and external stakeholders and develop segment specific value selling content (eg. case studies, technical reports/papers, marketing collaterals etc.)

EDUCATION:

BE/B.Tech in Mining Engineering. MBA or consulting background preferred.

MUST HAVE

Safety-first mindset

Knowledge of commercial explosives, drilling and blasting operation, mining

and quarrying value chain

Knowledge of statutory provisions such as Mining Legislation/Regulations.

Mines Act. Explosives Act.

Knowledge of Mining/Blast design softwares

Project management capabilities

Strong communication, Presentation/report writing skills

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Min 8 years of Technical/ Operation/ Sales Experience in Mining/ Infrastructure/ Explosives Industry
