LOCATION: LUDHIANA (PUNJAB)

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Educational Qualification: M. Sc. Or Ph.D in Agriculture (Entomology/ Pathology/Weed control)

• Product Development exposure with MNC/good Indian organisations

• Done extensive Field trials (Insecticides, Fungicides, Herbicides, PGR)

• Mobility & willingness to travel extensively

• Demonstrated creativity in developing new products/brands

• Good interpersonal & analytical skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Field trials for various molecules (New molecules, formulations, combinations) for dose optimization, bio-efficacy, phytotoxicity etc.

• Compare and contrast competitor molecules for efficacy through scientific data generation carried out through field trials

•Liaison with sales and marketing team, state agril. universities, farmers, research personnel.

• Travelling in various markets across the zone (Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand) for conducting product trials, collecting, recording, analysing & interpreting data.

•Collaborating with sales and marketing team-New product launch, technical training, complaint handling.

• Should have knowledge on crop, pests, diseases, weeds, competitor products,

segment.
