We require Plant Head (Production) for Dahej Location.

 

Position:- Plant Head (Production)

 

Education :- B.sc/M.sc

 

Experience:- 15+ years in dyes intermediate industry

 

Products Knowledge :- 

 

1. NW Acid, 

2. PCOSA(Para Cresidine Ortho Sulphonic Acid ) , 

3. SN (Sodium Naphthionate) , 

4. PANA(Phenyl Alpha Naphthylamine, 

5. 4CAP, 

6. Clave Acid, 

7. G Salt & R Salt, 

8. EBASA(Ethyl-benzyl Aniline Sulphonic Acid), 

9. OBSA (Ortho Formyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid), 

10. Quinaldine, 

11. PC (Para Cresidine), 

12. Schaeffer's Acid, 

13. Hydrogenation

 

Process Knowledge:- Nitration, Distillation, Fusion, Reduction, methoxylation, Autoclave operation, Sulfonation, solvent sulfonation, hydrolysis,

 

Salary:- up to 25 Lac.

Responsibilities:-

1.Maintain yield, quality and quantity of products as per company standard and specification.

2.Prepare & Maintain Daily Activities & reporting to GM-Production.

3.Manpower planning for production activity.

·4.Achieve Production targets as per management requirement. Ensure operation activities are follows as per SOPs.

5.Prepare & maintain Plant Performance report, Daily & Monthly Production report, RM Consumption report, Stock & Inventory Report.

6.Analyzing any defects or deviation in process. Assist to take Corrective and Preventive Action to maintain product quality as per market demand & Costumer complain.

7.Ensure zero incidents & accidents in plant, safety observation & handling plant emergencies.

8.Ensure process safety during production activity.

9.Handling of Manpower & instruct them to maintain discipline & follows the rules & regulation of the Company.

10.Tracking action for the availability of raw materials and other resources for the production.

11.To prioritize & supervise maintenance schedule & activities as per plant requirements.

12.Survey plant maintenance job and inform maintenance team to clarify the job.

13.Maintain good housekeeping in plants for smooth operation.

14.Maintaining & record of process parameters regular basis.
