PROCESS ENGINEER

Education: Chemical Engineering

Experience: 2-7 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Perform process calculation line sizing, HE Sizing, Pump Hydrualics, Column Sizing Etc.

2) Identify areas of yield improvements, BCT Reductions, Energy Reductions, Process Optimization etc in the plant

and work on the action plan to acheive it. 

3) Prepare & Update P&IDs and PFDs for all the plant processes.

4) Initiate MOC, What If, PSSR, HIRA as per process requirement in plant.

5) Prepare and Maintain the various documents of HAZOP studies and follow up for the implementation of recommendation.

6) Drive the project linked with from concept to execution.
