Mechanical Engineer - Vapi

Job Description -

Primirily will be responsible for floating the enquiries of Engineering Items and able to do technical evaluation and give technical recommendations for Procurement of plant and machinery as well as spares

• To provide support related to mechanical engineering services as and when required

Provide support to project/MOC & Maintenance teams by right inputs in terms of mechanical engineering. design, technical assistance for procurement.

• To provide inputs to Mechanical engineering teams for better understanding of procured equipments and systems.

Regular interaction with Engineering and project/MOC teams to meet project-specific requirements with SOP's and systems as well timely delivery of ordered items

• Demonstrate "safety first" behaviour to ensure "zero safety incidents"

To Plan and Implement Mechanical Engineering activities for projects/MOC and operations.

Responsibilities include Preparation of technical specifications and scope of work in consultations with project/operations/MOC teams, Collection and evaluations of technical offers, closing the deviations and preparing technical bid analysis.

• Follow up of ordered material for Ensuring Quality of materials as per agreed specifications, timely inspection and delivery of materials and packages with right quality.

Responsibility also includes review of drawing and designs, failure analysis, upgradation of equipments and development of system for enhancing performance of Mechanical Engineering function
