KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and create data reports and reporting tools to help Division Heads in their decision making

Tracking of Process Initiative Independent (IPII) and Process Initiative Common (PIC).

Updating all MOC status linked to the divisional PIC in Project Management software and tools.

Preparing Monthly, Quarterly reports and monitor the action plan of the Safety, ops review, quality meets

Organizing meetings and reviews for Division Head

Monthly tracking of all the Safety elements of Aarti, JSA, Work Permit, BBS, PSSR, RCA etc

Tracking and analyzing the OEE of plant equipment

Perform statistical analysis of business data

Actively participate and assist DH in managing in the ongoing projects and assure timely delivery of project

Outputs, such as summaries and reports, according to the project schedule

Preparing MIS, Daily Production Report

Monitoring the contractual manpower requirements

Liaison with different stakeholder and ensure the timely completion work targets and deadlines

Updates on plant/division operations and controls
