We need One Thermal Engineer (BE or BTech Chemical Engg.) & One Mechanical Design Engineer (BE or BTech Mechanical Engg.) minimum 20 years of experience as a consultant or technical advisor to face the Saudi Aramco Audit. The commodities were are going for Audit is Heat Exchangers & Condenser. The scope of the Audit criteria are as follows;

1. Mechanical designer shall have minimum 20 years' experience in Thermosiphon reboiler, kettle reboiler, waste heat boilers & Sulfur Recover Unit (SRU) condenser and be familiar with PV Elite Software. He should provide one sample Design data sheet, GA drawings and Mechanical Design Calculation in Thermosiphon reboiler, kettle reboiler, waste heat boilers & Sulfur Recover Unit (SRU) condenser of his earlier project he worked. Because, Saudi Aramco want to see the capability of the Mechanical Design Engineer. Moreover, he need to feed the inputs values in PV Elite in software front of Aramco Auditors and the question will be based on the data sheet what we provide to the Auditors. He need to be familiar with ASME Sec VIII Div 1 & 2 code, Knowledge why were are performing the FEA etc, Expansion bellows..

2. Thermal designer shall have minimum 20 years' experience in Thermosiphon reboiler, kettle reboiler, waste heat boilers & Sulfur Recover Unit (SRU) condenser and be familiar with HTRI Software. He should provide one sample Design data sheet, GA drawings and Thermal Design Calculation in Thermosiphon reboiler, kettle reboiler, waste heat boilers & Sulfur Recover Unit (SRU) condenser of his earlier project he worked. Because, Saudi Aramco want to see the capability of the Thermal Design Engineer. Moreover, he need to feed the inputs values in HTRI software in front of Aramco Auditors and the question will be based on the data sheet what we provide to the Auditors. He should also know over all process Functioning or principles Thermosiphon reboiler, kettle reboiler, waste heat boilers & Sulfur Recover Unit (SRU) condenser. He need to know the acceptance limit of the HRTI run report, sizing of the exchangers, Familiar with HTRI Guidelines. He Shall be expertise in HTRI operating software of the latest edition and shall know the acceptance limit or value of the final run report of HTRI and sizing of the heat exchangers.
