What you’ll do

Job Description: Process Engineer HO

Job Responsibilities of Process Engineer

i. He will be responsible for Process Engineering of API/ Pharma Plants and its utilities.

ii. He should be responsible for reviewing and finalization of Equipment data sheets, GA drawings as per process requirement

iii. He will be responsible for preparation and finalizing Conceptual and Equipment Layout of API in view of Continuous movement of material

iv. Candidate should study process and reaction theory with respect to actual time, process time and down time.

v. He should work on Equipment sizing, Quality of product and Manpower requirement.

vi. He should work on layout and Support for preparation of Architectural Drawings of API and Utility Plant.

vii. He should work on equipment of selection, installation and current philosophy Individual inspection of the equipment's at vendor's manufacturing unit.

Experience and skills required:

i) Knowledge of API Manufacturing processes

ii) Knowledge of various Equipment's required in API Plants

iii) Minimum 4 Years Hands on experience Process Engineering and operation of API Plants

iv) Should have trouble shooting ,problem solving and analytical skills of API Plants

v) Candidate should be confident and strong in decision making ability

Added Advantage: Instrumentation Control

Education: BE Chemical from Recognized University.
