Job Highlights

Manage operation and maintenance of utilities like D.M.Water plant, Nitrogen plant, Cooling tower, Chilled Water & Brine plant, Air Compressor and Boiler.

Ensure consistent, continuous generation and distribution of utilities to the all business units and common facilities at optimum cost. 

Planning and budgeting of energies.

Responsible for Preventive , Predictive and breakdown maintenance of ETP, STP and common infrastructure facilities.

Planning, Budgeting, and monitoring of utilities, ETP,STP and common infrastructure expenses . 

Responsible for planning and execution of approved capex .

Development of subordinates and responsible as contract owner for mechanical contractors

Responsible for Energy Management system and ISO system implementation for Engineering department.

Requirement

B. E. Mechanically

Work Experience : More than 10 years.

Hands on experience on operation and maintenance of utilities.

Hands on experience in maintenance of chemical plant

Detail awareness about statutory requirements in utilities.

Good communicator and good analytical skills.
