Opportunity to work in Technology Centre of Excellence to drive process optimization and lead decarbonization and digitalization efforts across Cracker operating sites. Provide advanced technical services and assist in troubleshooting. Continually identify opportunities for process improvement, reduce conversion cost and strive to achieve top decile performance.

Participate in licensor selection and support execution of capital projects. Liaise with business, manufacturing, R&D and External parties for long term technology improvement and growth.

Experience:

Experience required in ethylene plant technical support (preferably) or other refinery plant technical support function.

Required expertise in:

• Technical guidance, Continuous improvement & trouble shooting. 

• Process design calculations

• Simulation and equipment monitoring
