VARDHMAN, is a multi-product, professionally managed group, engaged in the manufacturing of Yarn, Fabric, Fibers, and special Steel with a turnover of over Rs. 10000 crore, needs following personnel for Acrylic Fiber Manufacturing Unit at Jhagadia, Dist. Bharuch in South Gujarat. The Complex also has coal-based power plant of 5.5 M.W Capacity. We require candidate having experience in chemical industry. 

Chemical Engineer

B.E./B.Tech -Chemical with 1-3 years' experience (shift in charge) in Chemical or Pharma continuous process industry having knowledge of Field operations handling as well as DCS operations.

Textile Engineer

B.E. Textile Eng./Technology having minimum 5 year's experience in handling

manufacturing process of fiber, yarn or fabric with sound knowledge of the technology & quality of products.

Mechanical Engineer for Utility Operations & Maintenance 

B.E. Mechanical having 5-7 years' relevant experience in Operation, Maintenance & troubleshooting of Utilities equipment- Brine chillers, VAM chillers, Cooling tower, Air compressor, N2 plant,

RO/MEE/ETP Shift Supervisor

B.Sc Chemistry/Diploma Environment having 1-3 years' relevant experience in

Chemist (QC)-Shift Operations

operation and maintenance of RO plant and MEE plant with ATFD. B.Sc Chemistry having 1-3 years' relevant experience in analysis of process sample (Polymer, Dope, Solvent, SPG and water system Raw material analysis ACN,VAM,TG,W-1, NAOH, PRS, H2SO4, HCL, HNO3 etc.

B.com/M.Com - (Assistant/Sr. Assistant Account) 

B.Com+M.Com having 2-3 years" experience in accounting & process financial records such as bills, invoices, accounts payable and receivable, and proficient in MS office applications (excel) is a must and experience in using SAP software and GST related knowledge is highly preferred.

Technicians (Instrumentation) (ITI Or Diploma in instrument)

I.T.I/Diploma- Instrumentation having 1-3 years' experience in continuous process plant maintenance, skill in control valves, flow meters, panel wiring, calibration of analytical instruments etc.

Technicians (Electrician)

I.T.I-Electrician having 1-3 years' experience in continuous process plant coal based thermal power plant & process plant electrical equipment operation, maintenance & condition

monitoring like VFDs, UPS, knowledge of HT Panel, LTPMCC & MCC etc.

Attendant Operators chemical plant (AOCP) 

I.T.I. -AOCP having 1-3 years' experience in routine field activities like tankers & drums unloading, batch preparation, line flushing, sampling etc.Monitoring of all equipments &m/c for any abnormality (i.e. leakage, abnormal sound, vibration etc. Attending S/D, B/D and prev. maint, activities.

Operators (Utility)

I.T.I.-RFM having 2-5 years' experience in operation of water chiller, brine chiller plant, cooling towers, Air compressors and N2 plant.

Technicians (Mechanical)

I.T.I. -Fitter having 2-5 years' experience in Maintenance of chemical /Pharma /Agro /Textile industry Knowledge of Pumps/Gearboxes/Blowers/Reactors/Utility Equipment & alignment of rotary machines.
