GENERAL MANAGER(Operations) Role:UNIT HEAD

B.Tech - ChemE or M.Sc (Organic Chemistry) with atleast 20years of relevant experience in API /Bulk drug / Pharma Intermediate/ Chemical companies - Hands on in over all plant operations

Accountable to entire Site operations • Should have business focus and customer focus and achieve the targets

by communicating and co-ordinating with all the processes efficiently

Responsible to enhance the existing yields, production, productivity with high quality, cost, safety and environment consciousness. Anticipate, identify, Plan, prioritize, schedule, execute, monitor, resolve and record the various aspects in operations proactively To apply / bring in methods, techniques to improve the efficiencies of various processes in the Unit. Guide, train, develop, support all the HODs/ In-charges, and other team

members by showing oneness 

• To exhibit high level of integrity when dealing with external and internal customers

• Ensure to implement across the Site and monitor the status on QMS/IMS, EHS standards, SOPs and other regulatory requirements systems, Corporate policies, guidelines, etc.

• Should be hands-on in budgetary concept, internal finance controls. • Involve in current and future projects, expansion activities in the Site
