We are looking for a candidate with experience in IPR - API department at Aurobindo R&D Centre -II, located at
Pashamylaram, Hyderabad.
Requirement details are mentioned below:-
Qualification: MSc Chemistry
Experience: 3 to 8 Years in API- IPR in chemical/ pharmaceutical
organization
Department: IPR (API)
Designation: Executive / Assistant Manager
Required skill set:
* Good understanding of patents & experience in the IP evaluation of patents (product, process, polymorph, composition etc.),
* Experience & expertise in preparing the reports viz., Infringement analysis, FTO analysis & polymorphs,
* Experience in patent challenges for various jurisdictions, thorough understanding of patent acts and rules of Europe, India & the USA,
* Experience in patent drafting, patent filing and patent prosecution.
Candidate must be amicable, effective communicator, self-motivating, responsible and quick learner.
