S Kant Healthcare Ltd. part of the SK Group serving the global pharma industry since 1932 has an opening for Head of Human Resources.

S Kant is an EU GMP Certified Finished Formulation Manufacturer , headquartered in Mumbai, R&D in Navi Mumbai, Manufacturing Facility in Vapi, Gujarat and marketing offices in Africa. The company has recently setup 2 divisions for marketing of its dermatology and wellness products in India.

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and programs to ensure that the Company has the right people in the right place at the right time, working in a safe environment, with appropriate policies and procedures in place.

*Responsibilities:*

Work with business leaders to develop HR strategies and programs that align with strategic business objectives

Lead talent review, succession planning, retention, performance management, and benefits administration

Develop training programs for managers on best practices

Partner with the other functional heads to drive integration of HR practices

Manage all salary administration processes

Manage day to day HR department activities including but not limited to payroll processing, benefits administration, employment contracts, hiring process and coordination of all onboarding activities

Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and legal requirements

Act as a member of the Company's leadership team

*Qualifications*

Having relevant experience of at least 10 years as a HR professional/generalist.

Excellent team building skills.

Certifications in training , learning & development, psychometric assessments.
