●Job Summary:

▪︎We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of our specialty chemical manufacturing plant located in Kolkata.

▪︎The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, and efficiency in all plant operations.

▪︎This role requires someone with strong technical and commercial knowledge who can provide guidance and direction to all departments to achieve production targets, meet customer requirements, and achieve budgetary objectives. 

▪︎Knowledge of polymer science or experience in formaldehyde and downstream chemicals business is an added advantage.

●Key Responsibilities:

▪︎Oversee and manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and logistics.

▪︎Provide direction and guidance to all department heads to ensure successful collaboration and achievement of business objectives.

▪︎Monitor and improve plant performance metrics, including safety, quality, product.
