●Roles and Responsibilities:-

1.Analytical Research & Development (API R&D)

◆Receipt of samples from R&D and generating of AR No.s

◆Responsible for wet related analysis of standard evaluations, in-process, intermediates and API method development of products coming from R&D

◆Calibration of various equipment related to wet lab (daily, monthly, etc)

◆Cleaning validation of samples by using UV and TLC techniques

◆Shall be responsible for the RS, RS-OVI, Assay, in process and cleaning method development of raw materials, intermediate and finished products by HPLC, GC, TLC and UV as per work allocated

Shall be responsible for the stability packing and stability analysis

2. Process Research & Development (API R&D)

◆Conducting lab scale experiments for process development

◆Impurity synthesis

◆API & Intermediate process Development

◆On-line Documentation

◆Experience in feasibility to Scale-up execution

◆Str. Characterization

◆Hands on experience in Mg scale handling

◆CDMO experience
