●Accoutabilities:

▪︎Process /Technology - Lead - Chemical Engineer with 20 years experience 

▪︎Process development and technology development including bench scale and pilot scale trials

▪︎Convert the Process know how created in the R and D into an Engineering package and implementing it

▪︎Determine Safety and quality aspects of process design 

▪︎Study the experimentation as it is being conducted at R and D sites during optimisation steps and determine the design space

▪︎Scale up - Create a conceptual engineering package with R & D -process engineering for Raw ▪︎Materials, inprocess Checks, analysis and controls, material balance, energy requirements

▪︎Design and perform a final set of experiments with R and D to address any data deficiencies and ensure process robustness

▪︎Generate a Basic Engineering package

validate and signoff on the Detailed engineering package contents for PID’s, Control logic,PFD final, Equipment data sheets

▪︎Support the Site team in commissioning or for troubleshooting
