●Qualification: M.Sc (Micro or Biotech)

●Experience: 5 to 7 years (freshers are not considered)

●Location:-Hyderabad 

●Budget: 3.6 to 5 Ipa

●Skills:-

1) Develop and perform testing of microbiological methods, for instance, Sterile RM Sampling, Water testing, Environmental monitoring (EM), Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET), Microbial Limit Test (MLT), Growth promotion test (GPT), Growth Inhibition Test (GIT), Coliform test, Sterility test etc.

2) Maintenance of microbial culture and their sub-culturing 3) Develop a microbial contamination control plan and program with a focus on sterility assurance and generating products under controlled conditions

4) Determine possibility of batch-residual cross-over contamination

5)Evaluate manufacturing processes for potential to eliminate and limit bioburden as well as reviewing bioburden monitoring 6) Document writing, data interpretation, results presentation, statistical analyses, and trending
