We at Encube Ethicals are hiring for suitable position in Project Management Department.

Qualification : M.Pharm/ M.Sc/ PhD

Experience : PhD Freshers or 1-5 years in project management

Location : Andheri (Marol), Mumbai.

Job Description :

Support the department head for project management process through collation of necessary data and information from various departments (R&D, Sourcing, etc.) in a timely manner

Collect necessary data and perform the first-level viability assessment based on parameters like capability, capacity etc.

Escalate potential issues, if any, observed in the internal/ customer requirements to the department head; participate in negotiations with the customer, as required

Participate in the project kick off meeting; understand project requirements and specifications for the project in detail

Coordinate with relevant cross-functional and business unit teams like R&D, Business Development, Sourcing, Technology Transfer etc. on a continuous basis to ensure appropriate support for timely execution of the project

Report project progress to the department head on a periodic basis and ensure timely escalation of any potential issues, deviations, or risks

Undertake initial review of the development report prepared by the R&D team; provide comments to department head for further review

Liaise with Business Development team for routine issues/ clarifications, where required

Prepare the technical documentation with respect to the project closure to ensure adequacy and accuracy of the same

Coordinate with the Finance & Accounts team for timely generation of invoices including invoice generation for critical project milestones

Ensure adherence to SOPs and applicable policies and guidelines in the project management activity

Ensure custody of the project management software and provide trainings to employees as and when required.
