Job Description:

Required B.Tech/ Diploma in Electrical (5-8 yr) exp in pharma

Hands-on in operation and maintenance of all electrical system panels/equipment's/substation etc.

Handled 22/33 KVA changeover, substation rectification, transformer & UPS operation & Maintenance. + Operation and Maintenance of DG set to maintain zero power failure.

Routing PM schedule planner implementation with operation and maintenance of control panels, busbar, UPS system, all electrical system.

knowledge and repairing of all type of motors, pumps and awareness of utility equipment's, production equipment's.

Maintain electricity power factor to cost saving.

2) Hiring Instrumentation Engineers (Biologics Experience)

Job Description:

Required B.Tech/ Diploma (Mech/Chem)-4-5-year experience in Instrumentation or Automation

Extensive knowledge in PLC,SCADA, HMI and related Networking & Communication. Must be aware about 21 CFR Part 11

Ensure calibration and troubleshooting for instruments in production area, QC and R&D area.

Knowledge and hands-on in calibration of all instruments like ph. meter, flow meter, temperature controller, pressure gauges, level indicators and transmitter, safety valves, online TOC, transmitters, level transmitter,

gas analyzer, weighing scale, data logger etc... Troubleshooting of PLC-related circuit, temp. Controller and its validation. Awareness and troubleshooting of

HMI/PLC & programing language, online TOC,

Knowledge and calibration of all type of instrument. And fire alarm system. Identify area of obstruction/breakdown in instrumentation and rectification.

Preparation of documentation as per cGMP
