The manufacturing site is located in Vapi, Gujarat and the R&D Center is located in Navi Mumbai. It is part of the SK Group , serving the global pharmaceutical industry since 1932.


We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Pharma R&D Head for Development of Generic Formulations to join our team.


The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the formulation development activities of multiple dosage forms such as oral solids, semisolid and oral liquid from pre-formulation to commercialization.



Responsibilities:

Lead the R&D Center in designing, developing and optimizing robust, cost effective and safe equivalent formulations.

Develop and implement efficient strategies for delivery of the pharmaceutical product development projects within agreed timelines.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth progress of projects through the R&D and registration cycle.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and regulations related to product development.

Develop and manage budgets related to project activities.

Collaborate with Business Development Teams for product identification , product pricing, product launch,etc.

Develop project timelines, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with other departments.

Coordinate with external vendors, CROs, as needed during product development process.

Monitor industry trends and developments in order to identify new opportunities.



Preferred Criteria:

Education : PhD/M.Pharm

Experience : 20 Years +
