Educational Qualification: B. Pharma

Job Role: Manager - Prodution Packing & QMS 

Work experience: Candidate should have 8 to 10 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

To plan & allocate different jobs on daily basis to workmen/ personnel of packing area.

To supervise and accountable the activities involved in the packing area.

To ensure compliance to cGMP and safety standard in packing area.

To maintain and improve quality of the products as per standards.

To plan the activities of the packing area as per weekly/monthly delivery schedule.

To ensure the effective control on usage of man, machine and material in the department.

To participate and co-ordinate various ongoing validation activities of equipment and system.

To maintain department and equipment in neat and tidy condition all the time.

To approve MI and PI, validation protocols, change controls, deviations, SOPs and specifications relating to production and ensure their strict implementation.

To ensure the implementation of EHS practices during the work.

To control the rejections during manufacturing and packing to achieve higher yields of product.

To handle QMS related activities (Investigation, Change control, deviations) in track wise.

To organize and implement the on-job training activities in the department.

To monitor training of new personnel in production, guide the new person as and when require related to SOP & training.

To perform any other related work allotted by the superior as per the production requirement.

Achieving production targets as per monthly delivery plan.

Continuous improvement of productivity of man and machine.

Yield achievement and control of wastages, WIP and operating expense.

Maintain & improve product quality by ensuring SOP compliance and cGMP.

Maintenance of all the daily production records.
