Position: DGM - Global Process & Technology

Experience: 16 - 18 years

Job Location: Baroda

Job Responsibility:

1) Lead the team of Chemical Engineers/ Chemists at sites for Tech absorption & Transfer

2) Perform Process Scale up studies in Lab/ CPP to establish a robust process for trial and validations for tech transfer & scale-up activity..

3) Recommend the right equipment for scale up and provide support in the execution of scale up batches at CPP.

4) Map the equipment's based on the volume calculations from Kilo lab and lab data.

5) Prepare the BPR, BOM & recipe and ensure their approval for batch start up.

6) Ensuring the facility readiness with respect to cleanliness, temperature blank trials, equipment occupancy etc.

7) Preparation/review of MFD, PFD, P&ID's, BPR and Utility calculation in coordination with CFT's.

8) Involving in new process equipment procurement by preparing/ review URS, Project costing and basic PFD and providing support during equipment installation & qualification.

9) Should have sufficient exposure on physical characteristic evaluation of APIs, including PSD, surface area etc.
