Position: Frontline Engineer - Phosphoric Acid - India | Domestic Chlor Alkali - DCA | Chemicals

Experience: 3 - 7 Years

Role description of Aditya Birla Group

1 Evaluate and finalise P&IDs.

2 Timley finalisation of process equipments in coordination with engineering departments.

3 Prepare and implement the SOPs of various processes.

4 Timely and smooth startup of the plant

5 Ensure optimum plant capacity utilization Critically review and analyze reasons for various Plant performance

6 Ensure set operation parameters and consumption norms.

7 Monitoring plant performance and critical process parameters on day-to-day basis

8 Planning for the plant shutdown, execution of shutdown jobs, procurement of materials through, inventory control, warehouse management are part of the responsibilities

9 Ensure continuous identification of potential cost saving areas in the dept Review improvement proposals and its timely implementation Timely implementation of Capex schemes

10 Ensure implementation of IMS & WCM practices & other systems in the plant

11 Review audit reports and plan for improvement

12 SAP Management
