POSITION: TEAM MEMBER -SHE

Purpose of Role

Achieving business objective of Zero Safety Incident through execution of effective, efficient and compliant process safety systems & Procedures

Educational Qualification:

Chemical Eng. With Diploma in Safety

Experience in (In Years):

Having approx 7 to 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibility Areas

•Resposible for achieving objective of zero incidents towards Safety through effective execution of SHE systems

•Conducts Primary Hazard Analysis (PHA), Job safety analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) Studies & quarterly reviews on time & share the data for effective decision making

•Conduct / participate in periodic review meetings: Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for HSE incidents; Pre Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR), Hazard Mitigation

•Plan (HMP) & prepare MIS for management reporting on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual basis

•Effective implementation of the work permit system at site; organise awareness & training events at shop floor; conducts periodic audits at shopfloor; maintenance of the safety equipment at shop floor

•"Responsible for keeping all the SHE documents ready for audit of any 3rd party or regulatory (Responsible Care, ISO, DISH,

GPCB, etc.) plant audits as per business needs. "•Accountable for on time availability of safety devices, PPEs, BBS training and work seamlessly with production; maintenance, procurement team to ensure there is zero production downtime due to safety non-compliance
