JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR NATCO PHARMA

1. Planning and Review of LCMS impurity profiling for raw materials, Intermediates and APIs during process development. Identification of unknown impurities in forced degradation study samples by LCMS and MS/MS.

2. Planning and Review of analytical method development and method validations for quantification of GTIs and Nitrosamines for both intermediates and APIs by LC-MS and LC-MS/MS and preparation of protocols and reports.

3. Handling of regulatory queries related to APIs and Formulations. Its development and validations by LC-MS and LC-MS/MS.

4. Searching of literature and support for LCMS methods.

5. Having good knowledge in handling Cytotoxic Drugs.

6. Responsible for calibrations of LC-MS and LC-MS/MS instruments and Maintenance programs.

7. Review and discuss with CRD for ongoing projects, their raw data along with all supported documents during the development.

8. Responsible for method transfer activities to Plant and other Units.

9. Planning for the sample analysis based on priority.

10. Good knowledge in GLP, GDP and safety aspects
