Position: Field Executive 

Education Requirement :

B.Sc. / M. Sc. or Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Experience Requirement : NA

Function/Business Area : Manufacturing

Location : Jamnagar

Job Responsibilities For Reliance Jamnagar Job 

1 Abide by safe operating procedures within operating range

2 Act as first responder to emergencies

3 Suggest safety improvements

4 Safe handling of hazardous materials and plant wastes Contribute to housekeeping

5 Support contract workmen on safe working

6 Monitor and control field equipment as per SOPs,SOCs,LLF checklist and ODR instruments

7 Coordinate closely with shift superintendent/panel executive

8 Collect and deliver samples from the field for laboratory testing

9 Report promptly any abnormal observations to shift engineer /panel executive

10 Handover / takeover of equipment from maintenance

11 Perform condition monitoring using portable instruments (ODR)

12 Perform minor troubleshooting

13 Perform minor maintenance

14 To contribute towards reduction of waste /handling of chemicals

15 To operate equipment efficiently

16 Identify and suggest opportunities for improvement

17 Following latest safety guidelines, management guide line like, TQM, EFQM, QCC, 5S etc.

18 Maintain shift logs for respective area /equipment

19 Follow instructions received from shift superintendent /engineer /panel officer

20 Member of Auxiliary Fire Squad

Skills & Competencies :

Good housekeeping

Upkeep of Fire and Safety equipment in his area

Field logbook / LLF checklist

Segregation of waste

Maintain equipment health through LLF and report equipment abnormality

Fulfillment of identified training needs for self
