Position: Frontline Engineer - Phosphoric Acid

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech Chemical

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Job Description Of Aditya Birla Grasim

1) SAP Management.

2) Evaluate and finalise P&IDs.

3) Timely finalization of process equipment's in coordination with engineering departments.

4) Prepare and implement the SOPs of various processes.

5) Timely and smooth startup of the plant.

6) Ensure optimum plant capacity utilization Critically review and analyze reasons for various Plant performance.

5) Ensure set operation parameters and consumption norms.

6) Monitoring plant performance and critical process parameters on day-to-day basis Planning for the plant shutdown, execution of shutdown jobs, procurement of materials through, inventory control, warehouse management are part of the responsibilities

7) Ensure continuous identification of potential cost saving areas in the department review improvement proposals and its timely implementation Timely implementation of Capex schemes.

8) Ensure implementation of IMS & WCM practices & other systems in the plant

9) Review audit reports and plan for improvement.
