Position : Sr. Executive / AM / DM

Experience : 3 - 7 Years (Formulation/Finished Product IP, Injectable experience preferred)

Qualification : M. Pharmacy

Location : Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Skills Required :
1. Prepare Patent Landscape Report, Non-Infringement Analysis Report, Prior Art Search, and Invalidity Report.

2. Support for US patent litigations: Review of Submissions, Contentions, Expert Reports.

3. Support 505(b)(2) idea generation.

4. Support Portfolio team with Launch Date Analysis, Product screening based on IP, and Competitive Intelligence.

5. Well versed with Generic Pharmaceutical Industry: Orange Book, ANDA, NDA, and USFDA.

6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
