1) Senior Positions - R & D (Organic Synthesis) | Vadodara

Ph. D.-Organic Chemistry, preferably from IIT IISC, UDCT CSIR, NCL or reputed universities with 10 years & 20 years ofc experience

To develop the new molecules with robust Chemistry process which is commercially feasible, economical viable and environment friendly. To lead & guide right literature, day to day experiments & its troubleshooting, reports, BMR, process package. technology transfer documents, Responsible for successful process scale up at pilot plant, Vivid exposure in Fine-Speciality Chemical Pharma/ Agro/ etc. Exposure of analytical development methods, analytical equipment and usage. Characterisation and interpretation of prepared intermediates and products, Close interactions with Marketing, Analytical, procurement, engineering, maintenance, production & EHS functions, sound knowledge of IPR and the Quality by Design (Q80) Approach and should be good at cost optimization

2) Senior Positions - R & D- Electro Dialysis Chemistry | Vadodara

Ph. D. with Organic Chemistry, Chemical Eng. Electrochemical Engineering. Organic electrodialysis, or electrochemical research preferably from CSMCRI, CECRI,

IIT Delhi/Kanpur, UDCT, or IT having 10 to 15 years of experience

To have knowledge & experience of handling Zeolite Synthesis & Characterization, zeolite Process development up to commercial level, Zeolite catalyst modification for performing various chemical conversion, Continuous flow chemistry, Downstream processing batch & continuous, Fix Bed Reactor. Process parameters simulation. Design of Experiments, Literature survey. PhD Organic/ Analytical Chemistry Preferably from NCL IIT, ISC. UDCT CSIR or reputed university with 20 years of experience & 10 years of experience of multi products speciality chemical ADL Lab supporting to R&D Lab

The incumbent should have good exposure and knowledge of development of new analytical methods, validation/verification, responsible for managing sophisticated instruments like GC, GCHS, CCMS, HPLC, NMR, XRD, ICPOES, ICPMS, IC, XRD XPS.XRF and other advanced analytical instruments, impunity identification, Trace level (ppm, ppb) analysis, experience on LCMS instrument, analytical Method development of battery chemicals, inorganic material and its related impurities. 5) Head-Engineering & Utility | Dahej

BE/ B.Tech Mechanical Engineering with 20 years of experience

To lead, maintain & improve Maintenance & Utility function of multipurpose products chemical manufacturing plant for maximum equipment availability time with optimum cost, safety & reliability, Effective operation & maintenance of all ubilities, water systems & air handling units, Ensuring availability & proper storage of spare and maintenance of all critical equipment, Training & establishing good engineering practices IMS, TOM, TPM, QC, Strictly following statutory govt norms. ETP/MEE & other environment related utilities maintaining norms of GPCB, CPCB & other statutory compliance, New Projects plant stabilization, trials, testing & smooth functioning

BE-Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering with 20 years of experience

To lead & complete multipurpose chemical products green/brown filed project by adhering to safety, timeline & budget. Develop full scale project plans, designing drawing layout, P and ID, Isometric of the project, Finalize it with Project Consultant, Identify appropriate vendor, procurement of equipment, systems, vendors inspection, Planning & commissioning of plant scale equipment for various fields of chemical engineering like mass transfer. Heat transfer, Mechanical operation, chemical reaction engineering, fluid, mechanics, environmental engineering in time bound frame work, with utmost safety & budget controls. To guide & control implementation of EHS policies, procedures & compliances, To establish sound EHS practices in a Factory to achieve Zero accident by creating zero tolerance culture on unsafe act/conditions, To ensure Zero NC/observations related to EHS statutory compliances. To ensure Process safety parameters of Chemical plant & continual improvements in EHS function thru. Process safety measures, To guide Management by EHS MIS and ensuring its PD-C-A. 8) Head - Quality | Dahej

8. Pharm/ M.Pharm or M. Sc-Organic /Analytical Chemistry with 15 to 20 years of experience handling QA functions of multipurpose speciality chemical manufacturing plant

To ensure Quality of products as per specification, Review of SOF's for all mfg. , process, validation as per ICH Revalidation in case of any changes, Risk analysis, Ensuring quality standards for all incoming material inspection FG, WIP RM. PM water, air, pre-dispatch inspection and online inspection, Internal Auditing of all departments as per schedule. Handling customer GM third party and Vendor Audit or any other audit, Responsible for corrective and preventive action for customer complaint & other Non-compliances, deviations and out of specification(oo). Root cause analysis & ensuring PD-C-A. Good Laboratories Practice
