𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

✳Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant disciplines are a plus.

✳Minimum 10 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

✳Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.

✳Experience in facing audits by regulatory bodies and demonstrating compliance with GMP standards.

✳Familiarity with plant expansion projects and the ability to oversee their execution.

The role of the 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 entails the comprehensive oversight and management of the daily operations within our state-of-the-art plant. Located in Navi Mumbai, the plant adheres to 𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐆𝐌𝐏 standards and specializes in the production of 𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐬, 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐬. This position requires close coordination with third-party vendors, effective communication with regulatory agencies, strict adherence to quality standards, and skillful management of a team of department heads. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plant operations, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing plant activities.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

✳ Assume overall responsibility for all day-to-day activities of the plant, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.

✳Coordinate with third-party vendors to develop production plans and meet new business requirements.

✳Collaborate with the purchase team to facilitate new vendor development for raw and packaging materials.

✳Manage production scheduling and coordinate with department heads for effective plant operations.

✳Liaise with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

✳Successfully handle audits conducted by WHO GMP, customer surveillance, and other regulatory bodies.

✳Actively participate in plant expansion and upgrading initiatives.

✳Take charge of specific sections such as OSD (Tablets/ Capsules), Soft Gelatin Capsules, and External Preparations.

✳Ensure adherence to quality standards, production targets, and timely deliveries.
