Looking for Environment Professional in Aditya Birla Insulators - Halol


Position: - Assistant Manager - Environment & Sustainability

Experience: -4 to 7 Years

Education: - BE Environment/M.Sc. Environment

Location: - Halol (Candidate must be ready to relocate in Halol)



Job Description:-

Implement Group's Environment and Sustainability model at unit to ensure compliance to legal requirement, adherence to group guidelines, create a culture of continuous improvement thereby providing competitive edge to the organization; ensure safe workplace and adherence to environmental norms.


To implement and execute environmental standards & policies laid by GPCB, MOEF, CGWA and ABG -Reduction in solid waste disposal by implementing R3 technique Obtaining NOC and approvals from government bodies like GPCB, CGWA, and DISH for expansions & projects


Implementation Sustainability technical standards and assure 100% adherence to all the standards.


Fulfill requirement of statutory compliance as per Environment Protection Act (1986) and environmental laws.


Co-ordinate Environmental audits and identify effectiveness of environment compliance at workplace -Implementation of ISO-14001:2015 (Environment Management System) for adherence to Standards


Monitor and assist in smooth operation of treatment facilities like ETP and STP. 

Conducting training programs and workshops to increase awareness on environment, Health and safety


Updating departments with environmental performance on monthly basis in order to take necessary steps or actions required.


To plan, organize and execute environment and safety week.


Launching campaigns and competitions for staff and workmen.
