Position: Operator (FTC)

Qualification & Exp: ITI, Diploma (05 To 10 Yrs)

Key Skills: 

Should have Knowledge of compression M/C

Should have knowledge of M/C change over, cleaning, operating skill & breakdown resolution

Should have basic knowledge of C-GMP

Should have knowledge of daily documentation, temperature, % RH & daily cleaning.

2) Department: Production (General Tablet Packing) 

Position: Operator (FTC)

Qualification & Exp: ITI (Min one year Experience require)

No. of Openings: 01

Key Skills: 

Follow Gowning procedure as per SOP

Ensure line clearance from QA before starting operation.

Ensure proper working of any equipment before starting operation

Check and ensure temperature, % RH, & differential pressure are in specified limit. • Operate carton coding machine & cleaning of respective area & equipment as per SOP.

Operate Alu-PVC blister machine & cleaning of respective area & equipment as per SOP

Operate strip pack machine & cleaning of respective area & equipment as per SOP

Control rejection at each stage of operation Etc.

3) Department: Production (General Injection)

Position: Manufacturing Operator

Qualification & Exp: ITI Fitter (02-03 Yrs)

Key Skills: 

Batch Manufacturing, CIP, SIP & Filter Integrity

4) Department: Production (General Injection)

Position: Filling Operator

Qualification & Exp: ITI Fitter (02-03 Yrs)

Key Skills: 

Ophthalmic filling machine, Dry powder vial filling machine
