Dishman Carbogen Amcis Job Vacancy Details: 

We are conducting a Walk-In-Drive at Bharuch for our Bavla and Naroda Units for APIs.

1) Department and Location: Production Bavla

Position: Officer/ Senior Officer/ Executive/ Sr. Executive

Qualification; B.Sc (Chemistry)/ B.Tech/ B.E (Chemical)/ M.Sc (Chemistry)

Experience: 2-7 years Exp in API Production, Batch Manufacturing Process, Work on Reactor (SSR, GLR,) Through DCS & Manual system

2) Department and Location: Engineering Bavla

A) Technician HVAC ITI

Preferably from API background. Should have knowledge of Reactor, Vacuum system, Centrifuge, RVD, ANFD, VTD, Air jet mill, Pump, mechanical seal repairing, gearbox servicing etc. Should be familiar with Powder processing area practices. Aware about safety system, PPE, machining work.

B) Technician Instrumentation 

Preferably from API background. Should have knowledge of Preperation of master calibration schedules for instruments and daily calibration schedules perform the instruments calibration as per the Master calibration schedule. Calibration of all pressure related instruments like pressure gauges, pressure indicators, pressure transmitters & pressure switches. Calibration of all types of temperature sensors, gauges, indicators/ controllers & transmitters. Calibration of all Relative humidity instruments.

C) Technician Electrical ITI

Preferably from API background. Inspects circuit breakers and other electrical components Conducts general electrical maintenance. Inspects circuit breakers and other electrical components. Conducts general electrical maintenance. Troubleshoots electrical issues.
