Education Requirement :

Bachelors degree in Engineering

Experience Requirement :

Minimum 20 years of technical services experience with minimum 5 years as head of technical department of large setup

Function/ Business Area : Corporate Services

Location : Jamnagar

Job Responsibilities :

Spearheading the Electrical/HVAC& Mechanical/Civil/BMS teams and managing the multiple outsource agencies.

A team leader who is dedicated towards improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the teams along with marinating the team Morale.

Proactive leadership for transformational developments and continuous improvement of process.

Champion of safety who advocates safety as organisational value

Knowledge of Budgeting and budgetary controls

Building a sustainable workplace through automation, digitisation, analytics and business process reengineering with the energy conservation mind set.

Ensuring that the systems is abiding applicable laws /policies/ guidelines of government and non-governmental intuitions

Liaison with government officials

Proactively participate in competitions to earn the company better recognition and scandalisation (ISO/ICBG/ASHRE)

Continuous monitoring of systems and approvals with zero scope for failures

Maintaining and promoting desired values and behaviours of the organisation

Marinating health work relations with other teams/stake holders within the organisation
