Position: R&D Officer/ Executive

CTC : Upto 35 Thousand Monthly (Including All)

Notice Peroid : 30 Days

Experience : Minimum 2 To 4 Years

No of Position : 3 Nos

Location: Taloja

Education : BSc/ MSc 

Responsibilities

• Having experience to Work on synthesis of various materials which are used in API industry.

• Familiar with modern method of organic synthesis.

• Having experience of Synthesis of molecules by multistep reaction.

• Plan setup, monitor and work-up chemical reactions independently.

• Isolate product and optimize reaction conditions for improvement of yield and output

• Purify compounds by different methods like column chromatography, vacuum distillation, crystallization etc.

• Capable to Handled various lab equipment such as 'rotary evaporator ', 'vacuum distillation', ultra- sonic reactor’, etc.

• Capable to perform reactions like Sulphonation reaction, Sandmeyer reaction,Nitration reaction, Grignard reagent etc.

• Preparation of document like Manufacturing process (Mfg), Technology Transfer Package (TTP) and Laboratory Development Report (LDR).

• Strong Research and analytical abilities.

• Preparation of draft process flow charts, ratio sheet, yield flow, consumption coefficient and raw material requirement calculations.

• To study the Critical process parameters related to different drugs & APIs.


Note: We don’t want navi mumbai candidate

If candidate from outside of Mumbai will be given first preference as local candidate found stability issue.

Candidate from pharma company with API’s, Excipient & Specialty Chemicals (either of) will be consider.
