Inviting candidates for the post of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager for ADL Topical (US Market) department for Pharmaceutical Technology Centre, Ahmedabad


ADL Topical (US Market) Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager :

M.Pharm / M.Sc., with 5-8 years of experience in ADL Topical analysis for Pharma products of US market. Candidates would be responsible for the following tasks:

• Working in analytical development of various dosage forms viz. for ointment, cream, gel, topical solution.

• Should have knowledge of evaluation of innovator product for development strategy (reverse engineering).

• Should have knowledge of analytical method development and validation for semisolid & solid dosage forms according to ICH guidelines – Dissolution, IVRT, Assay, Content Uniformity, Tube Uniformity, Related substances, Forced degradation studies for a single drug as well as combination of multi-drug products.

• Performing Comparative, Multimedia, Discrimination Dissolution study of a product with RLD.


ADL Topical (US Market) Candidates would also be responsible for the following tasks:

• Should have knowledge of Calibration ofinstruments such asHPLC, Dissolution apparatus (USP Type-I&II), Diffusion cell apparatus, pH-meter, and Analytical Weighing balance.

• Should be able to do routine and stability sample analysis of Solid Oral and Semisolid dosage forms.

• Should be well versed with preparation of development reports, STP, optimization reports to support validation, compilation of stability data, and plant query reports.

• Should knowmethod development, comparison, dose depletion, discrimination study of In-Vitro Release Test (IVRT) of semisolid drug products on diffusion cell apparatus.

• Should have worked on plant and regulatory queries.
