Zydus Job Vacancy Details

1) Production - OSD

A) Officer / Executive : B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2-6 years of experience in tablet / capsule department with experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating and Inspection. Responsible to plan for the manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC. Candidates would be responsible for monitoring line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument, auxiliary items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) and handling manpower and allocating daily activities.

B) Plant Operator / Technical Assistant : ITI / Diploma with 3-8 years of experience in operating machines like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting and Visual Inspection.

Candidates would be responsible for performing line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.

2) Production - Non OSD (Transdermal)

A) Plant Operator / Technical Assistant : ITI / Diploma with 3 - 8 years of experience in production department. Candidates having exposure to machine operation activities for external preparation which includes cream, ointment, lotion, patches, ODF and MDS will be preferred.

B) Officer / Executive : B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B. Sc / M. Sc with 2 - 6 years of experience in Production department. Candidates having exposure to shop floor production activity, QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) for external preparation which includes Cream, Ointment, Lotion, Patches, ODF, and MDS are desirable.

3) Quality Control - OSD & Aerosol (Analyst)

A) Officer to Sr. Executive : B.Sc. / B. Pharm/M.Sc. with 2-6 years of experience in analytical instruments like HPLC, Dissolution apparatus, UV Visible Spectrometer. Candidates should have exposure of wet Analysis, assay, content uniformity, organic impurities for release and stability testing of Oral Solid Dosage form & Aerosol/Nasal.

4) Quality Assurance (IPQA)

A) Officer/ Executive : B. Pharm / M.Sc. / M. Pharm with 1-6 years of experience in IPQA and manufacturing/packing QMS related activities in Oral Solid Dosage Form (Tablets/ Capsules/ Soft Gelatin Capsules/Pellet Dosage form) Manufacturing facilities.

For all the positions mentioned, it is essential for candidates to have exposure in pharmaceutical company and regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP/GLP.
