Job Description

Good hands of experience in Process validation, Process improvement, Cost reduction, Process time cycle reduction and troubleshooting w.r.t unit operation

Strategic Planning and Execution of Scale-up/Exhibit/Validation batches to meet project time line for new products from R&D to manufacturing site and Site Technology Transfer projects.

Documentation preparation and review (like Batch Manufacturing Record, Scale up Sampling Protocol & Report, validation Protocol and Report, Technology Transfer Protocol and Report, MFC, Stability Protocol, Risk Assessment Protocol and Report (QRM) etc.) for batch manufacturing

To Carry out Experiment on TSU & RC I

To Prepare report of TSU & RC 1 & To maintain good GMP conditions/environment in process lab.

To help assist in all matters of process safety

To help safety officer in general safety, work permit system, process etc.

To maintain equipment of process safety like TSU & RCI and its accessories

To take all precautions of safety while carrying out process safety experiments
