Job Description / Responsibilities

To be responsible for marketing, sales, and distribution in the South East Asian countries. • Support existing distributors in commercialization, marketing, promotion, registrations.

Responsible for establishing, developing and managing relationships with existing and potential partners.

Prepare proposals and contracts as per client's need.

Optimize efficiency of BD deals by carrying out due-diligence.

Create a culture of competitive intelligence gathering.

Develop business acumen to understand the wider issues/challenges of the industry in target countries

Responsible for pipeline generation and management to close JV, M&A deals

Responsible for Brand Management & Development along with Tender Business.

Ensure a robust planning and a detailed execution of the project as needed to launch international operations in selected countries.

Create country wise strategic roadmap to expand the existing business and penetrate newer geographies

Responsible for search, evaluation, negotiation and transaction to deliver on strategic BD deals.
