Qualification:

• Master's degree in Biotechnology, Genetics, Molecular biology, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred). with 3-5 years experience

Job Role: 

You will play a pivotal role in bringing our cutting-edge genomic services to market, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining deep expertise in our offerings, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product launches and marketing initiatives, and providing exceptional support to our customers.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our current and upcoming genomic services, including their applications, workflows, and data analysis capabilities.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in genomics research and technology to inform product development and future directions.

• Collaborate with R&D teams and engineers to develop accurate and concise technical documentation and marketing materials.

• Participate in the development and execution of launch plans for new genomic services, including market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies.

• Create compelling presentations, educational materials, and demos to showcase the value of our services to potential customers.

• Lead product training sessions for internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure they can effectively communicate and sell the services.

• Provide technical and application support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns related to our genomic services.

• Collaborate with the research and development team to troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities for product improvement.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, building trust and advocacy for your company's services.

• Partner with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and support the sales cycle.

• Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials to drive awareness and adoption of our genomic services.

• Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team based on customer interactions and market trends.
