Job Title : Manager/Sr. Manager- EHS

Qualification : B.E. (Chemical)/M.Sc.

Experience : 12+ Years

Job Location : Unit-IV, Tarapur, Maharashtra

Job Description :

•The Safety Manager is responsible for all Health, Safety and Environment Activities at Site.

•To ensure hazardous process is going on as per written SOPs. and Parameters.

•The Work Permit System is followed on a 100% basis.

•HAZOP Study is done by using Management of Change Format (MOC) before any Change/ Modification.

•To ensure no shortcut is used in Process/change and modification and Project work at Site.

•No person or persons doing illegal work at site and following Site HSE Rules.

•To keep watch on Legal Compliance and report and advise "Occupier" on legal obligations.

•Ensure CAPEX /OPEX budget planning & execution is on time

•Compliance of safety Audit, legal & resolve issue related to marketing and purchase team.

•To Implement environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations and company standards.

•To ensure time to time compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, with relevant laws and legislation.

Criteria :

Knowledge of GMP is a must.

USFDA Approved API Plant Experience preferred.

Thorough Knowledge & experience of the Zero liquid discharge facility.

Knowledge about HAZOP Study, Risk Assessment (HIRA), EIA, What if, JSA, RCA etc.
