Coromandel International Hiring Details: 

1) Assistant/ Deputy Manager - AAST/Utility

Job Role: Shift Incharge

Job Location: Visakhapatnam

B.Tech Chemical/ other relevant qualification with industry experience of 2 to 10 Years 

Responsible for Ammonia storage terminal operations Ammonia refrigeration system, supply network system.

Responsible for safe unloading of Ammonia ships without any deviation including precooling

Responsible for continuous supply of all utilities (Raw water, drinking water, DM water, Boiler feed water, sea water, Instrument air & Process air and steam), to all plants as per their requirement.

Responsible for Fire water system-Maintaining sufficient pressure, lines inspection, isolations & maintenance outside battery limits of plants.

Inspection of Dock Road ammonia ship unloading lines and Sulphuric acid lines once in a shift during normal operation and twice in a shift during ship unloading activities.

Responsible for Saltwater system, both HLP & LLPH operations and screens/ Debris cleaning activities

Responsible for Issuing Salt water to Desal plant and ensuring the agreed output water quantity and quality.

Responsible for Sewage treatment plant operations and water recovery at PAP

Responsible for DM plant operations and rinse water recovery at PAP

Responsible for Old VAM Operations/ Adrnin building, cafeteria ACs.

Responsible for Drinking water over heat tank/ lines chlorination and cleaning

Responsible for incoming water receipt from GVMC (FSR & MGRI, Reservoir levels monitoring/ maintaining, calculating, and preparing water summary report on daily basis

2) Sr. Officer/AM/DM-Complex Operations

Job Role: Shift Incharge

Job Location: Visakhapatnam

B.Tech Chemical/other relevant qualification with industry experience of 2 to 10 Years 

Knowledge in fertilizer industry, Knowledge in equipment, Acid plants and NPK plants operation/technical services, Production Plan, Grade Change, Raw Material Availability, Quality of out- material, Manpower Planning, Maintenance of the plant, Spares availability, Business Plan, Statutory Compliances, Safety, Shift Planning, Contract labour.

Ensure that corrective/preventive actions are initiated by panel officers/field staff quickly and correctly by giving proper guidance and resources.

Maintain close coordination with cross functional departments to get problems identified/rectified on equipment promptly to minimize plant down time and avoid recurrence of the problem through positive approach to human relations aspect.

Ensure proper and continued implementation of Safety through PSMS elements by proper adherence to all safety norms such as wearing of PPEs, Training on safety and Permit system in order to get incident free workplace.

Taking care of Shift monitoring and control of process and product.

Compliance to work permit systems for all jobs undertaken
