Title: Process Technician

Requirements

B.Sc. chemistry with 3-5 years' experience in chemical industry or AOCP with 5-8 years' experience in chemical industry.

Experience in High pressure reaction preferably in hydrogenation, polymerization, Vacuum distillation. solvent recovery, DCS knowledge etc.

Job Highlights

Responsible to do all the unit operations in the field & have operating knowledge of DCS.

Basic know how on process safety and PPEs used.

Coordination between DCS operations & field and seeking time to time inputs from subordinates.

Knowledge of rotating equipment’s like pump, agitators' motors etc

Responsible to maintain discipline at workplace, follow safety guidelines & policies.

Controlling energies and reduced consumption by isolating equipment if not in operation under guidance of superiors.

Reporting to shift In-Charge

Any other plant activities assign by shift In-Charge
