Position: Managerial Position Technology Development Group (kilo Lab / Pilot Plant)

Qualification: B.E/M.Tech - Chemical Engg

Experience: 12-15 Years

Location: Halol Panelav

Handling the entire operation of the Kilo Lab / Pilot plant

Scale-up & Technology Transfer, Process Improvement, Process Optimization, Process intensification of new and existing Processes.

Act as a bridge for scale-up of processes from R&D to Commercial plant.

Development of safe-scalable cost-effective processes in the Kilo Lab / Pilot plant.

Lead/Support commissioning of processes at the commercial plant which are developed in the Kilo Lab.

Basic engineering calculations - Utility, solvent recovery - Mass balance and energy balance, Block diagram, PFD, Layout, Equipment list

Trouble shooting for safe, quick and smooth operation of processes, equipment and system.

Scale up calculation and value-added inputs

Preparation of lab validation report, scale-up report, tech-transfer dossier, improvement project report,

weekly plan report and monthly report.

Lead the new Kilo Lab / Pilot Plant project
