Position: Officer to Sr. Officer - SRP (Solvent Recovery Plant)

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc. & Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. Chemical with good academic record.

Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience from well-known Pharma / API Industries.

Location: Dahej, Bharuch, Gujarat.

JOB PROFILE:

To monitor and control the Solvent Recovery Operation in the area of responsibility, through efficient use of resources, as per established operational procedures.

To record all operation detail in respective document such as SRR (Solvent Recovery Record), ECR (Equipment cleaning record), Equipment usage log-book etc. Planning, procurement, and assembly for batch/ continuous Solvent Recovery Operation. Improve solvent recovery percentage by reducing handling & Distillation losses.

Creating awareness about CGMP & Solvent Specifications. Checking the safety compliance to have the safety of process, person, equipment, facility & environment. Following Safety, Health & Environment measures.

To minimize COD and TDS load of SRP streams.
