Position: Junior Officer - TQM

Qualification: Diploma in Engineering

Experience: 2-5 Years

Location: Pithampur Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze areas for process improvement across various departments

• Lead Kaizen events and other process improvement projects

• Develop and implement solutions to improve process efficiency, effectiveness, and quality

• Track and measure the results of process improvement initiatives

• Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization

Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of quality issues and process inefficiencies

• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other data analysis tools

Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

• Develop and deliver training programs on quality management principles and tools

• Train employees on specific process improvement methodologies

• Facilitate workshops and team discussions on quality improvement initiatives

• Work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization

Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

• Communicate effectively and persuasively to gain buy-in for process improvement initiatives
