Inviting candidates for the post of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager for Technical Services, Manufacturing Network Strategy department at Ahmedabad and Goa

1) Technical Services

Manufacturing Network Strategy department

Role - Individual contributor role, leading short range planning for the manufacturing plant. 

Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager :

Candidates would be leading production planning & short-range planning for manufacturing site.

Candidates would be responsible for the following tasks:

• Leading review of six months capacity load, identifying possible manufacturing constraint and working with GDSO and manufacturing to mitigate constraints.

• Reviewing demand against budget and rolling forecast.

• Monthly RCCP against unconstraint demand to workout commits.

• Detailed production scheduling to ensure level loading based on site bottleneck and driving site commit adherence to support product demand.

• Issuing weekly resource wise schedule.

• Reviewing and monitoring the manufacturing and packaging schedule during scheduling period to ensure schedule supports expected release dates

Candidates would also be responsible for the following tasks:

• Co-ordinating with quality control / Quality assurance / Warehouse for inprocess and finished goods batch release.

• Anticipating capacity issues due to new product launches and driving corrective actions.

• Partnering with manufacturing excellence team to drive opportunities for lead time improvement and batch size increases.

• Implementing scheduling software.

• Managing programme of site transfer projects / area change validation.

• Publishing daily report / dashboard.

Reporting Structure : Administratively, candidates would be reporting to the Site Head and Functionally they would be reporting to SRP Head (Head Office).
