1) Department: Section Head - ECH

Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Location: Vilayat, Bharuch (Gujarat)

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Chemical

Experience: 9 to 12 Years

Job Description:

• Production/Operations: 

1.Implement production processes 

2.Check plant performance parameters on daily basis and report 

3.Implement set operation parameters and consumption norms 

4.Share management decisions/plans down the line for better execution 

5.Timely arrange for consumables in the plant

• Product Quality: 

1. Monitor & Maintain process quality parameters 

2.Control parameters to optimize consumption of chemicals 

3.Reduce chronic losses like paraffin from process and generation of off grade products/alumina consumptions by process optimization

• Plant Performance: 

1.Support in implementation of maintenance activities (invcoordination with engineering) to ensure minimum losses 

2.Follow Standard Operating Procedures for maximum efficiency and less damage 

3.Check & inform breakdown failures, shutdown losses, etc. to maintenance department 

• Operational efficiency & Continuous Improvement: 

1.Apply different problem solving tools to reduce the breakdowns 

2.Check process parameter deviations 

3.Debottleneck and follow SOPs to avoid any damages 

4. Manage the shift activities and prepare daily reports

• System Management (Safety, Sustainability & ISO): 

1.Adhere to safety norms &safe operational procedures 

2.Adhere to OHSAS & SA 8000& ISO and sustainability norms 

3. Handle emergency situations like Liquid Chlorine leakages etc. under Disaster Management activities

• Customer Service: 

1.Identify internal and external customer needs &take timely action on the same 

2. Initiate corrective actions, when needed
