1) Department : Production (OSD)

Position : Technical Officer/Junior Executive / Executive

I) Production

Job Criteria:

• M. Pharm/B. Pharm/DME/ITI 

• 2 to 7 years of experience

Job Role:

Manage granulation, compression, coating, pelletization and capsule filling area

II) Packing

Job Criteria:

• M. Pharm/B. Pharm/DME/ITI 

• 2 to 7 years of experience

Job Role:

• Manage blister packing, Track and Trace, serialization and documentation

• Handle machines like CAM, BQS, HONGA & UHLMANN.

2) Production (Injectable)

Position : Junior Executive/ Executive

Job Criteria:

• M.Pharm/B.Pharm/Diploma/ITI

• 1 to 10 years of experience

• Exposure to aseptic practices and good documentation practices are must.

Job Role:

• Handle manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, Isolator, lyophilizers, vial washing and tunnel, vial/ ophthalmic/PFS filling and Execute manufacturing activities as per SOP.

• Operation, cleaning, sterilization, qualification and maintenance of solution preparation systems.

3) Department : Quality (OSD/Injectable)

Position : Executive

Quality Control

Job criteria:

• M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc. 

• 2 to 5 years of experience

Job role:

• Experience in handling QC instruments like HPLC, LCMS, GC, UV-spectrophotometer, dissolution apparatus, KF, IPC-OES,

• IR spectrophotometer

• Handle QMS activities, maintaining lab records. Exposure of QC compliance and GLP activities.

4) Department : Quality Assurance

Job criteria:

• M.Pharm/ B.Pharm/M.Sc 

• 2 to 5 years of experience

Job role:

• Perform area and equipment line clearance.

• Perform process validation and cleaning validation.

• Review BMR & BPR and manage shop floor QMS documents.

• Ensure shop floor compliances and handling of investigation.
